20 States Petition to Secede From US After Obama Re-election

Some people are really having a difficult time facing the reality of a Black president; so difficult in fact, citizens from 20 states and counting have filed petitions at We The People on WhiteHouse.gov to be granted permission to leave the union. The states include: Louisiana, Texas, Kentucky, Michigan, Colorado, New Jersey, Montana, Missouri, North Dakota, Indiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New York, Arkansas and Oregon.

30 Nigerian Girls Trafficked Into Mali Daily – Envoy

An average of 30 Nigerian girls are being trafficked into Mali daily, the Nigerian Ambassador to the West African country, Mr. Iliya Nuhu, said on Sunday.

According to him, the girls are between the ages of 10 and 15.

Nuhu, who spoke with  the News Agency of Nigeria  in Bamako,  lamented that the problem had grown in “magnitude and sophistication’’.

Mother Names Her Twins After Obama And Romney

A Kenyan woman Millicent Owuor has named her newly-born twins after US President Barack Obama and recent political opponent Mitt Romney.

Owuor, 20, gave birth to the twins on the day Mr Obama was re-elected in south-west Kenya, which is a short distance from the hospital, at the Obama family’s ancestral village.

President Obama wins re-election

Barack Obama has defeated the Republican candidate, Mitt Romney in an extraordinarily tight battle for the White House.

The Democrat was swept back to the White House, holding off the Republican challenger in the key states of Ohio and Iowa.In a tweet even before the result was declared, President Obama said: “This happened because of you. Thank you.”

It had been predicted to be a close race but in the end Romney’s campaign failed to catch fire and Obama scored a comfortable win in the battleground states.

Widow, 71, is k**led by her daughter's pack of five dogs

A great-grandmother was mauled to death by a pack of dogs she was feeding as a favour for her daughter. The five animals pounced on Gloria Knowles, 71, after she went into the garden to give them their evening meal. 

The widow was badly injured when the dogs – two 'giant' Bordeaux French mastiffs, two American bulldogs and a small mongrel – suddenly turned on her.

Four wounded in US campus shooting

At least four people were wounded overnight in a shooting on the campus of the University of Southern California, police said early Thursday.

An officer with the Los Angeles Police Department confirmed there had been a shooting on campus and said four people had been taken to hospital, but could not immediately provide further details.

Virgin ... Catarina will undergo medical tests

A BRAZILIAN student has reportedly sold her virginity for almost half a million pounds in an online auction.
Catarina Migliorini, 20, was one of two virgins to take part in the auction for an Australian documentary.
A Japanese man bid £487,000 to be the first to take her to bed.

Catarina said she would use the money to study medicine in Argentina, according to Brazilian newspaper Folha de Sao Paulo.

“I am 20, I am responsible for my body and I am not hurting anyone,” she said.
“For me, it’s not prostitution. When someone does something once in his or her life, this is not considered a profession. If you take a picture and it comes out good, you are not a photographer because of it.”
Russian lad Alexander Stepanov also sold his virginity on the Virgins Wanted auction, receiving the winning bid of £1,876 from Brazil.
The documentary has attracted criticism on its Facebook page with several users voicing concerns over the ethics of the auction.

According to the auction’s terms, Catarina will undergo a medical examination to prove she is a virgin and the consummation will take place within the next ten days.
The "rules" also ban the use of intimacy gadgets, kissing and recording, as well as stipulating a minimum time of one hour.

Each virgin will reportedly receive $20,000 as well as 90 percent of their "sale" figure.
Catarina was previously said to be taking part to raise money for the poor.

Wedne Obama Planned To Divorce His Wife, Michelle?

The saying that no secret remains a secret forever is about to play a significant role in the lives and ambition of the American first family, as the race to the White House election heat up.

US business mogul Donald Trump, according to credible sources, is about to claim that he has found divorce papers of President Barack Obama and wife Michelle.

It is alleged by an analyst, Douglas Kass, that Trump will claim that the documents ‘show the First Lady and the President were at one point in their two decades of marriage seriously considering splitting up’.

Trump announced on Monday that he was set to make an announcement on Wednesday that would be ‘bordering on gigantic’ and that it would ‘possibly’ change the Presidential race.

Newsmen gathered that Trump is more favourable to Obama losing the presidential election to Mitt Romney, his fellow businessman and candidate of the Republican party

Disadvantages Of Being Handsome

I'd say i'm a pretty handsome guy, and girls tell me so so i have no reason to argue.

but I did notice that it only started later in my life, i guess i matured well idk. 

Plus i work out more, eat healthier and dress better than I used to, so i'm sure that makes a difference.

So I have noticed a stark difference in the way i'm treated (remember i live in the US so it may be different for US readers)

1. Gays- Gay men stare at men the way men stare at women. It's annoying and infuriating and makes me want to fight but I'm not an so i refrain. Either way the worst part about it is gay men staring or trying to talk to you. So when a guy you think is straight glances at your arm or chest. Abomination

2. Older Women- Older women are pushy and aggressive and don't know when to turn it off. The worst part is the boldest ones are the ugliest more condemned cargo. You have a flock of obasanjo looking women constantly making you uncomfortable. The worst is they're openly biased towards you and will talk about you to everyone creating a lot of awkward tension and unwanted attention. 

3. Assumed to be a player- Women assume you're a player for no reason. They'll take you less seriously and question your motives the whole time. 

4. Jealous Men- The most women think im handsome the more men want to fight or beef me. They constantly think I'm trying to compete with them, and CONSTANTY beefing and fighting are key. What makes it worst is a lot of their girlfriends will try to give them an impression that they like you so that their boyfriend can fight you and she can feel like he loves her more. Men become more preoccupied with you and your motives and life becomes more dramatic and complex. 

5. Being called gay- The stereotype in the US is if you're an attractive well dress man you're gay as Americans expect their men to be simple dressers and not good looking.

6. Attracting useless women- Sure you attract more girls, but with the quantity comes a drop in quality. You'll constantly run into useless superficial women with no substance while the ones with substance are not phased or impressed by your looks. 

7.Amebor- Everyone's in your business and wants to know who you're sleeping with. 

8. Voltrons- You get women that you don't want that won't leave you alone no matter what. They'll stalk your facebook liking everything you do, constantly talk about you, and acting like you're their best friend. A lot of them will being acting like they're your best friend before they tell you their name. You can always find these if they use your name in every sentence while talking to you.

9. Women playing games with your name- lastly, women will use your name to play games. If you joke with one she'll tell everyone you were flirting with her. If you flirt with her she'll tell everyone you guys were 'talking' or 'had something'. If you sleep with one girl, any girl you like they will tell that one girl that you slept with the previous girl. They'll gossip with your name to build themselves up and to tear down your chances with other women out of jealousy. 

Like i said, I've probably matured well but it didn't used to be this way. Either way I'm happy with the way I look now.

The father who has lost everything

A father who is the sole survivor of a house fire which k**led his wife and five children attended the family’s funeral today. 

 Abdul Shakoor joined family from Britain, Pakistan and America for the funeral at the Harlow Islamic Centre after the blaze which k***led his wife Sabah Usmani and children Hira, 12, Sohaib, 11, Muneeb, 9, Rayyan, 6, and Maheen, 3 in Harlow, Essex, last week.

Dr Shakoor, 45, had been discharged from Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford on Friday where he was treated for smoke inhalation as he fought to rescue his family at their end-of-terrace house. 

A foot procession to the nearby Parringdon Road cemetery followed prayers at the centre.

Six hearses led the way, from that carrying the smallest coffin belonging to Maheen, who was due to celebrate her fourth birthday yesterday, to Dr Usmani at the rear. Dr Shakoor followed behind, with community elders holding his hands in a show of solidarity. At the service the imam reassured some 400 mourners that, under Islamic tradition, those killed by fire die as martyrs.

22year-old Man Wins $30 million lottery after girlfriend Dumps him for Another

A 22 year old man Sandup Suigh, who was dumped by his girlfriend, has won $30.5 million on the lottery days after they broke up.

Sandeep Singh has been working two jobs to help support his family and was recently dumped by his girlfriend. But the 22-year-old Massachusetts man nicknamed “Sunny,” can console himself with a $30.5 million winning lottery ticket.

“My mom needs the help and my family could use it, so God definitely helped us out at the right time,” Singh said at a press conference on Wednesday to accept the winning check.

When asked if he had any children, spouse or girlfriend, Singh noted his girlfriend had just left him.

“She broke up with me, but right now, I’m not really worried about it,” Singh said, eliciting laughter from the audience. “I was heartbroken at first, but now I’m getting over it.”

When asked if he thinks the ex-girlfriend will call him back, Singh said, “Doesn’t matter. I hope not.”

For most of the press conference, Singh acknowledged that he was feeling “overwhelmed,” continually taking deep breaths while answering questions from reporters. But he shared a heartwarming story of how he has worked two jobs from the age of 14 to help his mother and sister pay the bills after his father passed away.

“Helping my mom with the mortgage, helping my family and, like, donating some money to the community. Aside from that, nothing that I want to do, really,” Singh said of what he plans to do with his winnings.

Just a week ago, Singh was working at both a local Best Buy and a Citizens Bank.

“I’m giving my two weeks notice, yeah,” he said. Sing had initially won $4 on a lotto scratch ticket and used the winnings to purchase four quick-pick Mega Millions tickets. He’s decided to take the $30.5 million in a lump sum, which the Boston Globe says will equal about $16.1 million after taxes.

“I was in my sister’s room on the computer reading the numbers,” Sing said about how he found out he had won. “I didn’t know what to do. I dropped the ticket.”Is good to be patience with GOD. Should  he get back with his girlfriend?

A WHALE WITH A HUMAN VOICE

Certain whales can imitate the voices of humans, according to a new paper that highlights the vocal mimicry skills of one whale in particular.

The marine mammal, a white whale named NOC, copied the sound of people so well that at first, researchers thought they were hearing humans conversing in the distance. A diver who worked with NOC once even left the water, wondering, "Who told me to get out?" The voice turned out to be that of NOC.

"They are highly vocal animals," lead author Sam Ridgway of the National Marine Mammal Foundation told Discovery News, adding that NOC was not the first to copy human speech.

"A major instance occurred at Vancouver Aquarium in 1979," he said. "In that case, people thought the whale uttered his name ("Lagosi") and other sounds that were like garbled German or Russian. Our whale was the second example, however, ours was the first solid demonstration using acoustic analysis including 'voice print' simultaneously with human speech."

BIBLICAL TREES SURVIVE AFTER 900 YEARS

Olive trees in the Jerusalem garden where Jesus Christ prayed before he was crucified have "miraculously" lived through the past nine centuries bacteria-free, according to a molecular research presented last week at the Vatican Radio in Rome.

Carried by a team of researchers from Italy's National Research Council (CNR) and various Italian universities, the three-year study investigated eight gnarled olive trees in the Garden of Gethsemane, one of the holiest sites of Christendom.

The research found that three of the eight healthy trees (the only ones on which it was technically possible to carry out the dating) come from the middle of the 12th century, although the roots underground are certainly much older.

ANALYSIS: Can We Find Trees on Other Planets?

"These olives are among the oldest broad-leaved trees in the world. Plants of greater age are not reported in the scientific literature," lead researcher Antonio Cimato of the CNR's Tree and Timber Institute in Florence, said.

Carbon dating showed that the trees come from the years 1092, 1166 and 1198, a period when the Crusaders, engaged in the reconstruction of the great churches of the Holy Land, re-built the Basilica of Gethsemane in Jerusalem.

According to the researchers, it is likely that during the construction of the church, the olive garden was rearranged and renovated.

Indeed, olive trees can grow back after being cut down or even burnt.

Lebanese government to sue producers of TV drama Homeland because 'it portrays Beirut as full of terrorists'

Tourism leaders in Lebanon want to sue the producers of US drama 'Homeland' claiming the latest episode was full of 'lies' and wrongly depicts Beirut as harbouring terrorists.

Lebanese Tourism Minister Fadi Abboud is so upset about the show's 'damaging' portrayal of the city that he is consulting lawyers.

Abboud said the episode wrongly depicted the city as a strong-hold for terrorists and a place where foreigners can easily fall victim to random attacks.

However his comments have now been overshadowed by a car bomb which rocked the city this afternoon.

At least eight people have been k**led and an estimated 80 people wounded in the worst blast seen in the city for years.
The attack reportedly occurred as parents picked their children up from school.

Reporters at the scene described seeing bloodied victims being loaded in ambulances and heavy damage to residential buildings.

The motive for the car-bomb is not immediately clear.

However it comes at a time when Lebanon has seen a rise in tension and eruptions of clashes stemming from the civil war in neighboring Syria.

In scenes reminiscent of the dark days of Lebanon's civil war, ambulances ferried the wounded to several hospitals, where doctors, nurses and students waited for casualties at the doors - meanwhile the hospitals put out an appeal for blood donations.
